  • 3 medium potatoes, cut into wedges 3
  • 50 ml parmesan cheese 1/4 cup

In a small bowl; combine butter and garlic. Place potato wedges on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Brush with butter mixture. Sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper. Bake at 425 F (220 C) for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serve with sour cream.
