  • 3 eggs
  • 1 C. oil
  • 1 C. white sugar
  • 2 C. peeled and grated zucchini
  • 3 tsp. vanila
  • 3 C. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. B. soda
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. B. powder
  • 1/2 C. nuts (optional)

Step 1

Mix together and bake in 2 large or 3 smaller loaf pans that have been greased well. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
