Sour Cream Noodle Bake

Ingredients

• 8 oz package egg noodles
• 2 T. butter
• 1 lb ground round
• 8 oz tomato sauce
• 1 cup sour cream
• 3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese
• salt, pepper, garlic salt
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1/2 cup spring onions

Preparation

Step 1

Saute meat in butter. Add tomato sauce and spices. cook noodles. Drain and add sour cream, cottage cheese, and spring onions. Place layer of noodles, layer of meat sauce over noodles then add shredded cheese. Repeat layers. Cover top with grated cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
