Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cups minute rice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 green pepper cut in strips
- 1 pound round steak sliced in thin strips

Step 1
Combine cornstarch, 2 tbs water, soy sauce, 1tbs oil and garlic salt. Pour over beef and set aside. Saute pepers in remaining oil until slightly crisp. Cook meet until done remove from skillet (leave drippings) Add water and salt bring to boil, remove from heat. Add rice, top with meat and peppers. Cover let stand 5 minutes.
