Strawberry Delight Cookies

The secret iw the cake mix...it makes these cookies so easy to whip up!

Ingredients

• 1/4 c. butter, softened
• 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
• 1 egg
• 1/4 t. vanilla
• 18-1/2 oz pkg strawbery cake mix
• 3/4 c to 1 c. prepared strawberry frosting

Preparation

Step 1

Blend together butter and cream cheese; stir in egg and vanilla. Add dry cake mix one-third at a time, mixing well after each addition. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto unbgreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Microwave frosting for 15-30 seconds; drizzle over cooled cookies.
