Peanut Oil (for frying)
Preheat the peanut oil to 350F.
2 pound Shortrib (sliced very thin)
Salt and Freshly ground Pepper
Cornstarch (for dusting)
Season short ribs with salt. Lightly dredge the short ribs with cornstarch, then drop in the oil. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes, then drain on a paper towel lined plate. Let cool slightly before serving. Serve with Spicy Celery Giarginiera.
