Ingredients
- Barbeque Sauce:
- 3 -4 racks of pork baby back ribs, each rack cut in half
- 1 cup catcup
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 3 tsp dark brown sugar
- 3 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 tsp salt

Step 1
Put ribs in large pot with water to cover. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour till meat becomes fork-tender.
Mix sauce ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, and reduce heat, simmer uncovered, stirring often, 30 mins or until slightly thickened.
Heat your broiler. Line broiler pan with foil for an easy clean-up. Place ribs, meat side down, on broiler-pan rack, brush with ½ sauce and broil 4 to 5 inches from heat source for 6 to 7 mins. Turn ribs over, brush with remaining sauce and broil 6 to 7 mins longer or until edges are just slightly charred.
