Ingredients
- Confectioners sugar
- 2 1/2 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers(aprx 60 wafers)
- 1 cup California walnuts, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup bourbon
- 2 tablespons cocoa
- 3 tablespoons light corn syrup

Up to 4 weeks ahead:
In large bowl, thoroughly mix 1 cup confectioners sugar and remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle some confectioners sugar onto waxed paper. With hands, shape mixture into 1 inch balls; roll each in sugar. For best storing, wrap each ball in plastic wrap or foil. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.
