  • salt
  • pepper
  • butter
  • cayenne pepper
  • hot cooking oil
  • Texas Petes Hot sauce
  • 1 bag of chicken wings
  • Ranch or Blue cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Make flour misture and heat hotsauce with some butter.

Fry in hot oil for 20 mins medium heat or 375 degrees then coat with hotsauce
