Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 applesl cored and cubed
- 2 pears, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 2 heads butter lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 c. crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1/2 c. choppped walnuts, toasted
- 1 c. oil
- 6 T. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 t. celery seed
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper

Step 1
Toss apples and pears with lemon juice; drain.l Arrange lettuce on 6 salad plates; top with apples, pears and gargonzola cheese. Drizle sald with dressing; sprinkle with walnuts. Serve immediately.
Dressing:
Combine ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; cover. Shake well until dressing is blenxed and sugar dissolves. Keep refrigerated.
