Spicy Sausage Pasta Alfredo

Easy Spicy Pasta that kids and adults will love! Great on a cold night. So fast and easy.

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. (19 oz.) Johnsonville® Italian Mild Sausage Links, coin-sliced
• 1 medium red pepper, diced
• 1 medium orange pepper, diced
• 1 medium yellow pepper, diced
• 1 medium white onion, diced
• 2 garlic cloves (more to taste), minced
• 1/2 cup red wine
• 1 jar (16 oz.) Alfredo sauce
• 1 lb. penne pasta, cooked and drained
• 1/2 cup (2 oz.) Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet, sauté sausage, peppers, onion and garlic.
Add wine, continue to cook until 1/2 of the liquid has evaporated.
Stir in sauce, pasta and cheese until blended.
Serve immediately.
