Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp. Baking soda, salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup Veg. Oil, and sugar
  • 1 tab. Vinegar and vanilla extract
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 1 6 oz. pkg. Semisweet choc. Morsels.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well. Stir in water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Spoon batter into paper lined muffin tins, 2/3 full. Combine cream cheese and 1/3 cup sugar. Creaming till fluffy. Add egg and salt. Add morsels. Spoon 1 heaping tsp. Into each muffin cup. Bake @350 for 35 minutes. Leave in pan for 10 minutes. Remove to cool.
