Sweet and Hot Mustard Glazed Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 2 pounds wings, separated into 2 pieces each
- 2 tbsp Dijon
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp hot sauce, or to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Spray a foil wrapped sheet pan with oil spray.
2. Spread chicken wings on the sheet pan and give a dusting of salt.
3. Put wings in a 450 degree oven for 20 minutes.
4. While wings are baking put the mustards, honey and salt in a bowl,add the vinegar,salt and pepper, and a generous squeeze of hot sauce and whisk together.
5. Turn the wings over and bake for another 20 minutes.
6. When the wings are done, dump the wings in the bowl with the sauce and mix lightly with a spatula. Let sit for 5 minutes to soak in the sauce.
7. After 5 minutes toss and again then turn on to serving platter and serve.
