Ingredients
- 1 cup assorted bell peppers - green, yellow and red
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz crushed pineapple - well drained
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 tsp finely chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
- 1 tsp grated lime peel
- 1 tsp lime juice
- fresh veggies
- tortilla chips

Preparation
Step 1
In a small mixer bowl, combine all ingredients, except veggies and chips. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed - 1 to 2 minutes.
Cover and refrigerate to blend flavors, at least 1 hour.
Serve with fresh veggies or chips.
