  • 32 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 oz semi sweet chocolate chips (melted and slightly cooled)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 20 Oreos (choped)
  • Crust
  • 12 Oreos (divided)

Preheat oven to 300
Finely crush 12 oreos (including filling) and press into a greased 9" spring form pan.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Step 2
In a large bowl beat together the cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar until smooth. Add chocolate, mix well. Beat in eggs one at a time just until incorporated. Chop the remaining oreos and stir most of them into the batter, leaving the rest to sprinkle on top. Pour the batter into the pan, sprinkle with remaining oreos. Bake for 50 minutes or until mostly set - it should still jiggle slightly in the center.
Step 3
In a small bowl heat the milk in the microwave until it starts to simmer - about one minute. Pour in the chocolate chips and let it sit for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth and drizzle over the cheesecake.
Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
