Ingredients

2 c sugar
2 c butter
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
15 oz can pumpkin
4 c all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Cream first 4 ingredients together; stir in pumpkin. Mix well; set aside. Sift remaining ingredients together, and then gradually mix into pumpkin mixture until well blended.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake 10-15 minutes. Cool.
