Russett Potato (peeled and sliced in 1/2 in slices)
salt
pepper
garlic powder
parsley
crisco

Preparation

Step 1

Oven at 350 degrees or in same onion with roast (adjust cooking time to oven temp)
Grease foil lined cookie sheets with crisco
Place potatoes on prepared sheet
Sprinkle each potato with seasonings
Bake 350 degrees until brown.
