- 1/4 cup white wine (or lager beer)
- 6 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tea. dijon mustard
- add some crumbled bacon

In medium saucepan, heat the wine over medium heat. Add the cheddar, flour and mustard and cook, stirring frequently, until hot and smooth, about 5 minutes.
