Broccoli Bake

Ingredients
- dry, unwashed broccoli, cut into florets
- olive oil
- sea salt
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 lemon
- lemon zest
- parmesan cheese
- pine nuts & basil, julienned, optional
Details
Cooking time 30mins
Preparation
Step 1
Cut dry, unwashed broccoli into florets and place on foil lined cookie sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil & sprinkle with sea salt.
Sprinkle sliced garlic over top.
Bake in 425 degree oven for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle lemon zest over broccoli and drizzle a little more olive oil over it.
Cut lemon in half & squeeze juice over broccoli;( Whitney used 1/2 lemon for two bunches).
Sprinkle broccoli with parmesan cheese.
Optional - sprinkle pine nuts & julienned basil over top.
