  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar-jack cheese

Preparation

Step 1

separate dough into 2 long rectangles. press rectangles in bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of ungreased 12x8 inch glass baking dish,press perforations to seal
in a bowl beat eggs, pour into dough lined pan. top with ham, bell pepper and cheese.
bake at 375 for 15 -20 minutes
