Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Chuck
  • clove of garlic (or 1/2)
  • 1 teaspoon salt, dash pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 8 oz. cans of tomato sauce
  • 4 oz cooked noodles (4 cups dry)
  • 3 green onions, tops tall
  • 3 oz pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup sour cream
  • 2 Cups cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat, simmer with garlic, salt & pepper, sugar, and tomato sauce for 20 mins

Cook noodles, drain, and place at bottom of pan

Combine onions, cream cheese and sour cream. Add mixture on top of noodles.

Add meat sauce next, top with cheddar cheese on top

Bake at 350 for 30 min to 1 hr
