Chipped beef dip

Ingredients

• 16 oz. of cream cheese softened
• 16 oz. sour cream
• 2 lg. jars dried beef cut into thin pieces
• 4-6 scallions sliced thinly
• a couple shakes garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy. add remaining ingred.
Heat in microwave until hot and serve with bread cubes or veggies.
can also hollow out a round loaf if bread and fill with dip. Wrap in foil and bake till hot.
