Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 4 slices deli fresh shaved ham, chopped
- 1 teaspoon thin sliced green onion
- 1/4 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese
- dash of black pepper

Step 1
Beat eggs and milk in a small bowl with whisk until well blended. Add ham, onions and black ground pepper, mix well.
Cook over medium heat 6 minutes or until almost set, lifting edge with spatula and tilting skillet to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath. When egg mixture is set and top is still slightly moist, sprinkle half of omelet with cheese. Slip spatula under omelet and top skillet to loosen and gently fold in half.
Remove from heat and let stand covered for 1 minute. Slide omelet onto plate and cut in half.
