Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 5 Tbsp butter (recipe calls for 8, but it was too greasy and 5 worked great)
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Step 1

Place all ingredients except nutmeg in mixer or blender and mix well (med speed) pour into a greased deep dish pie pan. sprinkle with nutmeg. bake 350 for approx. 45 min.
