Lemon Lush

Ingredients

• Crust:
• 1 stick margarine
• 1 c all purpose flour
• 1/2 c chopped pecans
• Middle Layer:
• 1 c powdered sugar
• 8 oz softened cream cheese
• 1 c Cool Whip, plus more to "frost"
• Top Layer:
• 2 small pkgs lemon instant pudding
• 3 c milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together crust ingredients and spread into the bottom on a 9x13" baking dish.
Bake at 350 until golden brown.
Let cool completely.

Mix together the powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1 c Cool Whip. Spread over crust.

Mix the lemon pudding mix and milk until thickened.

Spread over cream cheese mixture.

Cover with Cool Whip. Decorate with cherries and refrigerate.

Cut into squares and serve.
