Ingredients
- 1 (105 g) medium onion, peeled
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 cup (240 ml) soy milk
- 10.5 ounces (300 g) firm lite silken tofu
- 1 (340 g) large tomato, quartered
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute onion in oil for 3 minutes or until onion is transparent.
2. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
3. Select Variable 1.
4. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
5. Blend for 6 minutes or until heavy steam escapes from the vented lid.
