Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp. ketchup
  • 4 tbsp. vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Saute' garlic in oil until lightly browned. Add rest of the ingredients and stir until thick. Serve. Store left overs in the fridge for later use.
