- 1 cup cooked whole wheat pasta
- 1/2 cup canned tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup basil
- 5 1/2 ounces lean only pork loin
- 1 spray cooking spray
- 1 cup cooked grean beans
- 2 teaspoons olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Fry pork in nonstick pan with cooking spray over medium heat, about 5 minutes per side.
Top pasta with tomato sauce, basil and pork.
Toss beans with oil.
