- 1 pkg fresh pizza dough
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
- 1/4 parma cheese (optional)
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup pizza sauce
Preheat oven to 425.
Roll or press dough into a large rectangle.
Sprinkle dough with garlic salt, basil, cheeses and pepperoni.
Starting at the narrow end, roll up dough tightly.
Cut into 1"wide slices.
Place rolls on a lightly greased baking sheet (or cover baking sheet with parchment paper)
Bake 10 minutes.
Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
