  • flour
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • paprika
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • chicken breasts
  • vegetable oil for deep frying
  • Frank's hot sauce
  • Margarine
  • Blue cheese dressing for dipping

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour with spices in bowl.

Whisk together egg and milk.

Cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces.

Dip each piece of chicken into egg, then flour. Repeat the process so that each piece is double coated.

Chill for about 30 minutes.

Deep fry until cooked.

Mix together hot sauce and margarine and microwave until hot.

Mix chicken in with hot sauce and serve with blue cheese dressing for dipping.
