Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 Medium zucchini
• 1 onion
• 2-3 slices bread (cubed)
• 1 8 ounce Hunts sauce
• 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
• 1 small shredded cheese
• Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut zucchini in 1 inch pieces, boil in salt water, drain. Put in shallow greased casserole dish.

2. Pour 1/2 butter over zucchini and season.

3. Layer onion, cheese, tomato sauce, and bread. Pour the rest of the butter over the top. Bake 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
