Ingredients
- 4 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 8 oz carton of sour cream
- 1/2 package onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup undiluted
- 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms-drained
- Hot cooked rice.

Preparation
Step 1
combine all ingredients except rice, mixing well. Spoon into a lightly greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 45 mins. Serve over rice.
