Ingredients
- 3/4 c light olive oil
- 3 c fresh basil
- 1/2 c walnuts
- 1/4 c pistachio or pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c Romano cheese

Step 1
Grind all ingredients in a blender (chop/puree).
Makes enough for 6-7 lbs pasta (2 Tbsp per lb).
