Ingredients
- 1/4 (50 g) chopped onion
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup (240 ml) vegetable or chicken stock
- 1 (160 g) tomato, quartered
- 1/2 (30 g) celery rib, halved
- 1 (40 g) small carrot, halved
- 1/4 cup (25 g) chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup (60 g) frozen lima beans, thawed
- 1/4 cup (60 g) frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a saucepan, saute onion in olive oil for 5 minutes or until tender.
2. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
3. Select Variable 1.
4. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
5. Blend for 5-6 minutes or until heavy steam escapes from the vented lid.
