Ingredients
- 1/2 lb of bacon fried crispy
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- cayenne pepper to taste
- 9 inch unbaked pie shell
- 1/2 lb Swiss cheese grated
- 2 Tbsp butter

Preparation
Step 1
In skillet brown bacon. Remove and crumble. In some of the bacon grease saute onions. Remove. Beat eggs, milk and seasonings. Place crumbled bacon in bottom of pie shell. Put onions on top. Sprinkle Swiss cheese on top. Pour onions on top. Put on Swiss cheese. Pour milk mixture over all and dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until slightly brown on top. Let stand 15-20 minutes before cutting.
