Soup: Paleo Caldo de Pollo

Ingredients
- 4-6 cups of already cooked shredded chicken and 10 cups of chicken broth.
- 5 carrots, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Salsa Verde (I like the Trader Joe’s brand)
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients, mix well and simmer forr 30-45 minutes.
Taste and add more seasoning if desired. If you like it spicier kick up the cayenne pepper and cumin!!
Top with diced avocado and cilantro!
