Ingredients

  • 3 lbs ground beef
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 c Romano cheese
  • 1 loaf white bread
  • 2 tsp parsley
  • 5 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 eggs
  • marinara sauce
  • french bread

Preparation

Step 1

Soak bread in water, then squeeze with hands.

Mix Beef, salt, cheese, soaked bread, parsley, garlic and eggs with hands.

Fill half of a pan with oil. Start on high heat, then reduce to medium. Form meatballs and fry until crispy brown on outside.

Heat sauce in another pan and add fried meatballs. Let meatballs sit in sauce 20 minutes before serving on french bread with sauce.

Note: if gravy gets too thick, add some water.
