Ingredients
- Goya Bean shelf –
- 15 oz can black eyed peas – drain
- 15 oz can of black beans – rinse & drain
- 15 oz can of corn
- 4 oz diced jalapeno peppers (2 oz for less spicy)
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 4 chopped plum tomatoes (scoop & discard the seeds)
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Mix everything in a bowl. Pour on ½ to 1 cup Italian style salad dressing. Chill
