Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground round
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 roll of Pillsbury biscuits

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Brown meat and drain off fat. Pat with paper towel to dry
Wipe liquid from pan. Return meat to pan and add:
sour cream
half of cheese
1 egg
In casserole dish line bottom with1/2 roll of biscuits. Top with meat mixture and top that with rest of biscuits. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for approx 30 minutes.
