Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. UNSWEETENED Kool-Aid Lemonade (it must be Kool-Aid brand, trust me I tried several kinds until I got it just right.)
4 Tbls. softened butter
Graham Crackers

Step 1

Mix above ingredients with mixer until smooth. CHILL UNTIL FIRM. Once firm, form into a ball and roll in graham cracker crumbs. Serve cold with graham crackers or fruit.

Also makes a great cheesecake...
For cheesecake, mix above with 8 oz. of Cool Whip or lightly sweetened whipped cream and pour into a graham cracker pie crust. Chill and serve.
