- 1 orange
- 32 oz cranberry juice
- 2 3" cinnamon sticks
- sugar to taste

Step 1
With a vegetable peeler or a sharp knife, remove 3" long strips of peel from the orange; set aside.
Juice the orange and strain out pulp.
In a medium stockpot, combine orange juice, cinnamon sticks, orange peel and cranberry juice. Taste and add sugar if desired.
Heat over medium-high heat until simmering. Reduce heat to low; simmer 20 minutes. Strain, discard solids.
Serve hot.
