Ingredients
- 1-1/4 c flour
- 1-3/4 c milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c oil

Step 1
Mix above ingredients. Batter should be very thin - if not, add more milk.
Pour about a 1/4 cup batter in a very hot skillet - it should cover the bottom.
Brown, then turn pancake with a knife. Remove from pan with a knife.
The can be rolled like crepes, served with syrup, fruits, etc.
