Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1-1/2 c graham cracker crumbs (about 18 crackers)
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 4 Tbsp margarine
  • Batter:
  • 1-1/2 lb cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 5 whole eggs
  • 1-1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Topping:
  • 1-1/2 pints sour cream
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1-1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix crust ingredients and firmly pan into a 9x13" pan.

Cream the cream cheese, a eggs one at a time. Add sugar, vanilla and salt. Pour over crust slowly.

Bake in a preheated oven at 300 for 1 hour.

Mix topping ingredients and pour over cake. Return to oven for 5 minutes.

Cool overnight and cut into squares.
