Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1-1/2 c graham cracker crumbs (about 18 crackers)
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 4 Tbsp margarine
- Batter:
- 1-1/2 lb cream cheese, softened
- 1 c sugar
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 5 whole eggs
- 1-1/2 tsp vanilla
- Topping:
- 1-1/2 pints sour cream
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Mix crust ingredients and firmly pan into a 9x13" pan.
Cream the cream cheese, a eggs one at a time. Add sugar, vanilla and salt. Pour over crust slowly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 300 for 1 hour.
Mix topping ingredients and pour over cake. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
Cool overnight and cut into squares.
