Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1/2 cup (one square) of butter
- 1 Tablespoon of flour
- 1 cup milk
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Clean and trim cabbage. Remove core and quarter and chop coursely.
Melt butter in an electric fry pan. Add cabbage and toss to cover with butter. Add flour, salt and pepper. Toss again to incorporate the flour with the cabbage. Pour milk over and cover tight. Cook on simmer. for about 1 hour.
DO NOT STIR AND LIFT THE LID FOR THE HOUR!
