Ingredients
- Ham & Cheese pies:
- 2 lbs ham finely chopped
- 1 cup onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp blackk pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 lb grated jalapeno cheese (pepper jack)
- Meat Pies:
- 2 lb lean ground beef
- 2 cups white finely chopped onions
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/4 cell pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- Tabasco to taste
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- Apple PIes:
- 4 apples
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup water

Step 1
Ham and cheese:
Cook ham, onions, pepper garlic and parsley and drain off liquid. Cool over night. When you spoon filling into pastry, top with cheese before closing. You can also add chopped jalapeno peppers to make spicier.
Meat Pie:
Cook all ingredients then drain off liquid. Refrigerate over night.
Apple Pies:
Chop peeled apples into tiny pieces. Cook with other ingredients until a thick syrup forms. Chill before adding to crust. Colder the better
