- Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
- 4-6 Pork chops
- 2 eggs
- Italian bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Step 1
Sprinkle Ton's on pork chops. Beat eggs in a small bowl. Dip chops in egg and then in bread crumbs. Brown chops in cooking oil. Drain oil from pork chops. Put in oven safe dish; pour mushroom soup over them and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
