Ingredients
- Potatoes and Cabbage
- Metric Ingredient Imperial
- 4 large red or white potatoes 4
- 250 ml milk 1/2 cup
- 45 ml butter 3 tbsp
- 750 ml green cabbage, finely shredded 3 cup
- 1 medium onion, chopped 1
- 15 ml fresh or dried parsley 1 tbsp
- 30 ml parmesan cheese 1/4 cup
- salt & pepper to taste -

Preparation
Step 1
Peel and boil potatoes. Mash with milk, salt and pepper. In the meantime, melt butter in large saucepan. Add cabbage and onion. Cover and cook over low heat about 5 minutes or until tender. Fold cabbage mixture, parsley and cheese into mashed potatoes. Serve hot.
