Ingredients

  • Icing:
  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed and risen
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract

Preparation

Step 1

Roll dough into a 10x12 inch rectangle. Brush with melted margarine. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Starting on the short side, roll dough up. Cut crosswise into four slices. Place slices in an 8 inch squaare baking pan. Cover rolls with sprayed plastic wrap. Let rise until double in size. Remove wrap and bake at 350° F. for 15-20 minutes. Remove from pan and ice while still warm.

Combine icing ingredients for glaze.
