Ingredients
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 8 oz. loaf WW Italian bread, 1” cubes
- 7 oz. frozen fully-cooked turkey sausage patties, thawed, coarse chop
- 4 oz. low-fat shredded 4-cheese Italian cheese blend

Step 1
Spray a 9x13” baking dish with cooking spray.
Whisk together milk, salt, cayenne, eggs, egg whites and scallions in a large bowl. Stir in the bread cubes and sausage and let stand 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Spoon bread mixture into the baking dish. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove the casserole from the refrigerator and let stand 10 minutes. Evenly sprinkle the cheese over the top and bake uncovered until puffed and golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
