• 1 1/4 cups rolled oats

• 1 tbsp vital wheat gluten
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 2 tsps bread machine yeast
• 3/4 cup cranberries (dried sweetened)
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
